Welcome to my blog. I started this as I've recently started my first position in senior management within a small yet well-established business
I'd like to share with the wider community what the ins and outs, trials and tribulations and challenges and obstacles faced by senior management are on an everyday basis. Most managers don't like to share with the wider public what they do.
I disagree. It's damn important!
Because employees may be able to gain a better understanding of why managers make the decisions they do, which may not always seem logical or justified. But 9/10, there's a method behind the madness.
Don't expect corporate speak or towing the company line - this isn't an official blog and I don't host buzzword bingo. I love the company I'm working for and have a great staff. But it's not always easy...
